Management team

The executive team at Modern Protective includes Jenna and Alex. Jenna is the managing director and has seven years of experience in the security industry, including Executive Protection and surveillance, and Alex has eleven years of experience in the worldwide security industry.

Founder & Managing Director

Jenna

Jenna's crisis management experience enables her to identify operational failures like high turnover and low morale that threaten client safety. She proactively prepared clients during the Civil Unrest of 2020 and implemented health policies ahead of CDC guidance. As an ASIS member, Jenna ensures her agency adheres to high standards of accountability and integrity, further demonstrated by her role as instructor of an ISO 9001 supplier.

Operations Manager

Alex

Alex possesses extensive management and training experience, having successfully overseen the completion of numerous multi-million dollar construction projects. His expertise in ensuring safety and security has been pivotal in guiding teams through complex challenges, leading to successful project outcomes while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and risk management while not shattering the operational budget.

Executive Assistant

Sue

Sue is a seasoned executive assistant, bringing decades of administrative proficiency. Her attention to detail and organizational abilities have significantly contributed to the success of numerous organizations. With a distinctive combination of investigative insight and administrative skill, Sue is a crucial asset in assuring seamless operations. Sue remains committed to professionalism, she adeptly handles complex situations with both confidence and discretion.
